I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Regeneron (Rensselaer, NY) in Feb 2018
Interview
First was a phone screen interview, then an on site interview was scheduled.
The interview was 1.5 hours long, with individual 20minute interviews with the three biotech production specialist departments and someone from HR. Many of the questions asked were repeated, and most were more about behavior in the workplace than anything technical.
Everyone there was very professional and relaxed, which made the interview very comfortable. It was very organized and communication was very quick.

Interview
The interview process consisted of two phone interviews in which one consisted of behavioral questions and the other which dealt with wanting to know about your experience with lab techniques that you've experienced during college or at a previous job. The final interview was in person and consisted of two members of HR asking me questions about my resume and then two managers from the process areas asking me situational questions.
