Regional Management Care interview questions

This company is completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I was offered the job on the spot without being asked any questions which was odd. The pay structure is highly questionable and they do not offer ANY benefits. I was promised bonuses for getting more work done in a day, but the bonus structure was witheld. Negative racial comments were made about previous employees of my race. Management was unwilling to negotiate their wages and expects prospective employees to pay for their own screening out of pocket before being hired. After setting a start date management neglected to return my calls with regards to the mandatory screening process and the legal terms of employement. When I arrived on my first day as scheduled the office was closed. After waiting for half an hour outside of the office management returned my call and was shocked I showed up as scheduled, then made multiple excuses for not notifying me they were not interested in training or paying me. I found them to be irreverent of my time, prefessionalism, crudentials, and financial contributions.
