I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Regis Salon (San Rafael, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
We did an in-person interview and technical interview the same day. I told her over the phone that I was bringing in a men's cut and she didn't say anything, then acted surprised like I couldn't find a woman.

Question 1
They made sure I was actively working in salons already.
Applied online and had a phone interview. Was given the job opportunity over the phone during a half hour phone call. Seemed desperate but was excited to start at first.

Question 1
About work history and experience within the industry,
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Regis Salon (Tacoma, WA)
Interview
Asked me about my skill set. Didn't really ask me about myself aside from my interest in the industry. Manager didn't seem to have any compassion. Did not get a good vibe at all, but was willing to work there because maybe she was just stressed because of being short handed, and she seemed to like that I was able to do things some stylists couldn't. Ended up having a family emergency and wasn't able to start when she wanted me to. When I told her what happend, she asked if I was still interested, and when I said yes she turned it around saying that I wasn't and decided not to take me on and said some other things that were off. I feel like it was a bullet dodged, but I do wish her happiness though.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Regis Salon (Wigan, England) in Jan 2018
Interview
A long chat about my previous work and about what sort of person the manager is and a brief description about how laid back the salon is. Not at any point did she mention that I had to run the salon by myself for minimum wage.
