Reichmuth Gruppe interview questions

Bad organised interview and hiring process. They contacted me one single time directly, everything is arranged through the headhunter. At the beginning I was told the company wouldn't cover transportation costs to the interview, I had to pay it myself. Then I thanked for the opportunity and said goodbye. The headhunter then decided to pay for the transportation costs herself. In the end I got an offer for the position. They send me a contract directly without telling me before the terms. After I sent a respectful email to thank for the opportunity and to negotiate the terms (which weren't previously communicated), I was told they felt offended by the email and were withdrawing the offer. Later I was told if I apologized for my email I still could try to negotiate some of the terms (!!!!). Of course I didn't follow up on that. Never seen such a messy and unprofessional hiring process in my life.

Sehr unangehnem. Der CEO stellte nur unzulässige und private Fragen, welche nicht mit dem Job in Verbindung standen. Auf die Stelle wurde nicht eingegangen. Ich fühlte mich als wäre ich vom CEO nicht erwünscht.
