Remington Park interview questions

I had three (3) Zoom calls initially, then I went for an on-site interview that lasted 3 hours! The interviews were not difficult but they were time consuming. They hired an internal candidate that I met during my interview ( I didn't know they were competition at the time), and he was part of the interview process-all of the people I met supposedly would give the hiring manager their input. I felt like that was unfair. After the fact, it was a weird set up and I am upset they wasted 3 hours of my time for me to spend at the property for essentially no reason, if they wanted to hire the internal applicant from the get go.
