Recruiter call, call with the hiring manager, followed by a detailed interview loop — met other PMs, hiring manager, engineering lead, data science lead. It was one of the best interview experiences I’ve had. Really wonderful people, great questions, and a very awesome recruiter who serves as a great advocate of the candidate. They prep you well in advance and work with you throughout to ensure a smooth sailing process.

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Remitly
Interview
Multiple repetitive rounds held consecutively with stakeholders with variating biases or conflicts with the prospective team. Each round lasts over an hour and burns you out after few rounds. You are also not aware of the decision making/influencing power each stakeholder has. Feedback from HR after decision is lacking any clarity.
Questions are generic with HR, for example, questions like Why do you want to work at Remitly? What is your notice period? What is you salary expectation, etc? You can ask questions in the end as well.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Remitly (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Dec 2024
Interview
