The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Remitly (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2023
Interview
First a call with the recruiter who started the call asking behavioral questions before sharing the salary range or explaining more about the role.
Then there was an assessment, they said it would take 90 minutes, but it was absolutely impossible to complete in that time. It took me like 5 hours. Super time consuming, I imagine most of the people use chat gpt to answer it, so not really seeing the value of it.
After this, there is an interview with the hiring manager who was friendly, she did typical behavioral questions. After that there was a panel, but I didn't go through that because I got a different offer in another company.

Interview
Multiple repetitive rounds held consecutively with stakeholders with variating biases or conflicts with the prospective team. Each round lasts over an hour and burns you out after few rounds. You are also not aware of the decision making/influencing power each stakeholder has. Feedback from HR after decision is lacking any clarity.
Questions are generic with HR, for example, questions like Why do you want to work at Remitly? What is your notice period? What is you salary expectation, etc? You can ask questions in the end as well.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Remitly (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Dec 2024
Interview
Received a task to do, asked for a clarification, didn't receive. The next stage was to present the task after checking. The checking wasn't done, the task was done incorrect.
