It made me think that red flags from some other reviews are very real problems of the company. The first part of the interview was corporate fluff, with expectations of the candidate reciting their handbook and company values, and overall showing motivation. I had a feeling that the interview script was tailored for not-very-experienced developers, and very specific answers were expected instead of a normal dialogue between professionals. The second part of the interview was the interviewer criticizing company leadership for their unsustainable ways. That contrast was extremely weird.
