Renaissance Electronic Services interview questions

Laid bad and relaxed. First interview was at a restaurant or public location of the candidates choosing which was mostly getting to know everyone's personality to see how well things blended. A few days of review followed. Follow-up interview was on location and consisted of the more technical questions. From there, it was a few days of review once again. Then a decision was made.

They have recently changed the hiring process so it is much lengthier; it can take up to a month to actually know if you are hired and then another 2-3 weeks to start. The end result is worth it, since it is an amazing place to work, but can definitely be frustrating.
