Reno Orthopedic Center interview questions

Multi step interviews. Long drawn out process since some of the docs necessary on ROCs side were not able to be present. Salary offered was pathetic, not even close to market standard, and I was told that the surgeon expected 10 hours of unpaid overtime per week. When I got the offer, I counter-offered with a reasonable ask to increase my annual salary by a small 5K, which still would have kept the salary under market standard. ROC responded by withdrawing the offer from the table completely. I was horrified that they would be do such a disrespectful thing.
