I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Renown Health (Reno, NV)
Interview
A few days after applying on the Renown website, I received an email from an HR recruiter to set up a phone screening. During the phone screen she asked basic questions such as "Tell me about yourself" and "Why do you want to work at Renown". She was very personable, easy to talk to. After about 15 minutes, she scheduled a panel interview for the following week. The panel interview had 3 managers of the department I was applying for. I was very nervous but upon arrival I was put at ease by the easy-going personalities in the room. Probably one of the most easiest and friendliest interviews I've ever had.
