It was very clear from the beginning and moved quickly. It was 3 rounds and completely virtual. I really liked everyone I spoke to! I had clear expectations throughout. Each one was about 30 minutes.

Interview
First was a self video interview, then you had so submit a writing sample responding to email examples from customers, then a zoom interview with someone from leadership. Each step was clear, with good communication in between.

Two rounds of interviews, one that was self-lead. Simple with basic questions. Zoom interview was mostly getting to know the company, with some fun questions about yourself. The Self lead interview allowed you to do retakes, but is on camera.

They send you a link to record your answers to three interview questions on your own time rather than proctored with another individual. It took awhile for me to receive the link, several weeks after submitting my application in fact.
