It began with the initial phone call to request an interview for a face to face with sales manager. After which I then interviewed with sales manager along with division manger. Finally, I had a phone interview with area manager, then I was required to talk a personality assessment

Been so long it's changed a lot, but is very long process. Exaggerated income levels given, too high. I have heard that there are 4 different steps and then all the background checks.
