      The recruiter was super positive and thorough during the phone interview. On site, I was swiftly and kindly greeted by the recruiter I had been speaking with.She was courteous and professional. We toured the building, she offered me drink, and walked me to my interview room. As quickly as I sat down, I was greeted by my interviewers. He and she were engaging, extremely thorough, and easy to talk to. In my opinion, when an interview is conducted like a quality conversation or discussion, it is a pleasure to interview. Light, fun, informative, and transparent. Most impressive, was their professional interactions the relationship quality between themselves. They both seemed happy to be working together, as well as for the organization, and it was very clear. Again in my opinion, a great positive sign of a fantastic working culture and environment. After the formal interview ended, I was taken on a quick tour of an additional floor. Employees throughout seemed engaged, focused, and happy with their environment. Overall, great experience and just happy to have been offered the opportunity. Will patiently, maybe anxiously wait, on a follow up! Cheers

      Telephone Interview was clean and clear-cut. However, there is a process breakdown with 2nd and 3rd interviews. The contact center is new and seems to have some process improvements needed. Slow communication (could've been just me since I was declined the position).
