Interview
The job opportunity came to me via an external head-hunter. She submitted my resume to the company and arranged the interviews. I never met with anyone in HR during the whole process so there were no weird HR questions. All of the questions were directly applicable to the position and my experience. My first interview was with the managers in the department I would be working in and directly for. I interviewed with 3 managers at once. The interview lasts approximately 1.5 hours. A second interview was set up for the following week. This interview was with a director and VP in the department. The interview was mostly them telling me about the department and company. It was very relaxed.

Because I never met with an HR person, I never had any bizarre or difficult questions. All questions were directly applicable to my experience and the position, so there was nothing I was not prepared for.
