Interview
This was a formal, informal, conversational interview. Interviewer did a good job describing the business and the specific job title. Interview took place at the transfer station where the job was located. This was big help to be able to see the place and the grounds to see how things ran. Overall a good interview process from the initial phone interview to the hire date.

Hiring process was very long over a month wait and 5 interviews, and did two hair follicle tests, they filled out the form wrong so I had to do a second one so it would process faster.
