The phone interview consist of a number of areas in a normal line of business. the Interview went well to the point I was asked if I would be interested in a face to face, I accepted to only find out an e-mail message 3 days later string they killed the position. I sent a thank you note and asked if i would be considered for another position in the company if Republic had a desire for me.

I Had 3 interviews and I thought they went well but ultimately ended up being ghosted in the end no rejection email even after reaching back out to the recruiter

Interview with local level managers, business unit general manager, regional HR manager, and regional vice president. Total of three interviews spanning the course of approximately one month from begin to end.

How do you plan to gain buy in from direct reports and other subordinates to improve upon employee engagement.
Applied through Indeed and had a face-to-face meeting with three interviewers. The panel interview format allowed for engaging conversation with relevant people with different perspectives. Interviewers made me feel comfortable.
