Interview
I was applying for a job that I didn't have exactly the experience they wanted as I am in the process of moving industry. However they appreciated the time taken to apply and arranged a call to discuss things anyway and give helpful tips and advise. Really left a great impression of the company vs other companies where it is all handled via an algorithm and you get no feedback.
