Applied online and reached out to a recruiter. Completed a phone screening with HR, followed by a case study, then 2 rounds of interviews with 5 different people. Overall very positive experience, everyone I interviewed with was very kind and thoughtful-- you can tell they care about their team, and the culture is very apparent! The recruiter kept frequent contact with me throughout all steps of the application period, and also followed up via phone to provide insight and feedback after their decision was made!
As for the role, there seemed to be greater focus on organizational/communication skill over analytical/operational skill. There were a lot of behavioural questions surrounding managing stakeholders/deadlines, approaches to conflict within teams, requesting and getting access to data on time. ..etc (Based on my interviewing experience, it sounded like "Project Coordinator/Support" would make a more fitting title!)
