Revel Kitchen and Bar interview questions

It saw a job opening online using craigslist, the interview description said to show up to participate in a "working interview". I worked for three days in a row to show them my experience level and I was hired by the fourth day. I Had a few small, brief interviews weeks later with the owners of the restaurant even after I was already hired and given an employee number.
