I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rezatec in Mar 2022
Interview
I applied online with my cv and cover letter. The process took 4 weeks total with 3 interviews. Initial teams call with internal recruiter to discuss my experience and the role, they were very friendly and provided a very positive outlook for the business. The second call was with two managerial team members with competency based and experience questions around technical aspects of the job. My third interview call was with the customer success director who interviewed me to find out more about what I wanted with my career and explain where my role fits into the company and to explain the operational changes of the business.
Although, I opted for the role, this is still a fantastic opportunity and I would have had no issues working for Rezatec. Furthermore, Prince was one of the most professional recruiters I have dealt with and was even gracious when I turned down the role.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rezatec (Harwell, South East England, England) in Aug 2021
Interview
I was contacted by the inside recruiter on LinkedIn. Since I was interested, they took the time to give me a call, talking me through the job role and laying out the structure of the application process.
The first interview was more general, asking questions related to my experience and how they linked to the role. I was able to ask some clarification points. It was friendly and fairly casual – which definitely put me at ease.
The second interview involved me giving a short presentation on Rezatec. This tested my understanding of the company from the research I had done and my presenting skills. Following this, I was asked some competence based questions.
The whole experience was very smooth and the in-house recruiter kept in touch throughout the process. A decision was reached in a timely manner – the interview process was very efficient and friendly!
