We are delighted that you had an overall positive experience with us as an applicant, and found our recruiter to be kind and welcoming. To provide the best candidate experience, we spend a substantial amount of time researching our applicant’s work history prior to our interviews. This may have lent itself to what you might consider fewer questions than you had expected. We strive to ensure that we share as much information as possible with our applicants during the phone screen. At times we share key information upfront, allowing both applicants and Ridgeline to make informed decisions before additional interviews and job offers take place. Our goal is always to ensure we create a path for applicant/candidate success. Reviewing reasonable commute distances/times with our applicants is a common practice, as we truly care about a strong work/life balance.
