Phone interview asking about mission and vision statement. The reason why I want to join the hospital. Why am I joining the particular role and what made me apply. Next was in person interview. Then shadowing for 2 hours

I received an email to set up an interview soon after I applied, and the process was straightforward. Met with the dept manager and a charge nurse, and the interview lasted about an hour.

I spoke briefly with a member of the human resource team and my application was then sent over to the hiring manager. They set up a panel-style interview, followed by an hour-long shadow of the unit.

The process went very fast. They were eager to interview and setup many meetings. One meeting included the staff that would be managed through the position. Not all staff showed up to the meeting. They also did not ask a lot of managerial questions and more project related. Once the process was towards the end, they slowed down contacting me and I had to reach out to them.

Recruiter met with you first then set up a shadow and interview with hiring manager. After you met with the manager and completed your shadow you would be contacted in a week or few.

First you meet with management for about a hour. Than you will shadow for two hours and been shown around the unit you applied for. If your liked then they'll bring you back for per interviews .
