Rillet interview questions

First - 30 min introduction with recruiter Second - 30 min behavioral interview with hiring manager Third - 30 min Mock onboarding call and analytical accounting data analysis with two other deployment managers where they gave feedback after the discussion. I regret not asking questions upfront to clarify what they were looking for in both discussions because I did not make the correct assumptions on how to prepare. I should have also demo'd the product and not just read about the features. The prompts were broad and they were not hiring for transferrable skills but rather can you start on day one to essentially sell the product functionality even if you have not used the tool. It was a lot to cover in 30 minutes. I spent a lot of time preparing for both parts to only have about 12 minutes to rush through each. Fourth - did not get this far, believe this would have been discussion in person with the Deployment VP
