A total of 4 interviews of which I got through 3. They were in such a rush but still wanted to have all the calls. They asked me for my availability for a presentation and when I took 1 day to respond (I was creating the presentation) they took me out of the running. Stringing people along is the not move and the presentation was not a reflection of the role. I did ask questions and got ghosted by the recruiter on those pre-rejection.

Interviewed with 3 Hiring managers. Final round panel interview demo presentation. Expect to demo a platform that you’ll need to determine on your own and basically learn it. Then essentially you’re role playing with the audience and ensuring it’s engaging at the same time. Which is not a reflection of real world engagements and should have been less weight overall. I was given the opportunity to receive feedback as to why I wasn’t chosen which was very thoughtful.

One phone screen, two zooms with hiring manager, followed by a presentation to a panel. Really enjoyed the entire process, super interactive and everyone on the team felt truly excited about Rippling
