I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rippling (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2023
Interview
Interviewing with Rippling was much better than what I've experienced at lots of other companies. Recruiters are very quick to respond to emails and the process moves fast - I went from initial screen to panel interview in under 3 weeks. They were very transparent about the process steps and timeline, and had a helpful website specifically for candidates to learn more about the company.

Question 1
Why are you interested in this job? Why now? Why Rippling?

Interview
I've had the worst two experiences with a company with Rippling. Last year, I applied, and though they said it was a phone interview, they added a Zoom link at the last minute, and then gaslit me into thinking I was incorrect for thinking it was a phone screen, even though I had proof via email.
This year, I hopped on an interview and it was for a role I didn't apply to. Despite telling me they'd pass me along to the recruiter working on the right role, they never did, and simply rejected me in the system. I emailed for clarification and no word back.
Even their interview guide is toxic. It says there's no work life balance and you should be happy for the opportunity. I'd steer clear of this place. Their rapid growth is likely at the expense of their employees.
