River Parishes Hospital interview questions

I had been with River Parishes Hospital for about 3 years when I interviewed for this position. I was interviewed by the hospital director who was dismissed shortly after the interview. The process was anything but professional with him being more interested in discussing hospital gossip and departmental in-fighting than the position I had applied for.
