Did a phone interview first and was emailed for an interview. I had to contact the interviewer a few times to get it set up. The interview went great and I was told I would be contacted for a second interview with a higher up. I sent a thank you email and called to follow up a couple times but was never contacted again or told that I didn't get the job.
