I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Riverside.FM in Sep 2025
Interview
I recently interviewed with Riverside.fm and, although I wasn’t ultimately selected for the role, I left the process very impressed with how they approach candidates.
From the very beginning, the HR recruiter set the tone with timely communication, clear next steps, and prompt feedback after each stage. Expectations were always laid out upfront, which made the process feel professional and respectful of my time.
What stood out most was how personal the experience felt. The recruiter and interviewers took the time to get to know me as a person—not just whether I checked the right boxes for the role. I felt heard throughout the process, which is rare and refreshing in today’s hiring environment.
Even without receiving an offer, I walked away with a strong impression of Riverside.fm as a company that values transparency, respect, and meaningful connections with candidates. I will continue to look for roles at Riverside!
