RobCo (Germany) interview questions

This company is very disorganized, unprofessional, and not serious with their hiring process. I do not recommend it at all. In total I had 5 interviews, talked to 3 people from HR and 4 people from technical departments. They didn't know what they were looking for. I did 3 Tech Challenges, which were very time consuming, and always got good feedback until they suggested I would be an "even better match" for another position, so I had to start the process all over again. The last interview was on-site. We did it at 12 pm because it was the only time possible for the CTO, who in the end never showed up. Even though I put a lot of effort in the presentation I prepared for them, the interviewers were replying to messages on Teams and very distracted. They just had other stuff to do. The office was disorganized and dirty. Worst hiring experience I have ever experienced.

First, you have a motivational talk with HR; Second, there is a short talk with the future supervisor, who then invites you for an in-person discussion of a case study. The case study is time-consuming, and the trip to meet in person is not reimbursed.
