Robert Half scheduled an interview with the target company. I interviewed with one individual. I was informed two days later that I had been accepted for the assignment.

Interview
The interview process was straightforward. However, every time you go to a different assignment that company will have its own interview process. The interview process usually takes about 1-2 weeks. There is a phone screening, and then one on one interview with whoever your recruiter is. Again I would advise be upfront about how much you want or there are high chances they will give you the lowest offer as possible.

Interview
Two phone screenings to determine if this was a right fit for both of us. 1 on 1 with two business development team members to understand how they may "sell" my skills/qualifications and experience to clients. Felt the interview process was appropriate, detailed and provided information about different levels of consulting.
