Interview call back almost immediately, but for a position that I was very overqualified for. Most account reps don't know anything about accounting, finance, Excel, etc. so the questions are very limited. You take some basic software & accounting tests.
Very easy to sign up and they find opportunities to suit your needs. They listen and send opportunities for you to review and if it doesn't work they're kind and understanding.

Interview
Very intuitive questions, nothing tricky. Couple of basic q's about my background and experience. Overall - very simple interview. Have to come prepared but if you nail that part, everything else comes easy.
