Zero follow-up, zero response to emails and phone calls! Terrible people working in Dallas and Irving. All of their good recruiters have left. It’s a free for all with no professionalism demonstrated by these offices. They need to get an exec in to fire everyone and start over. Dallas and Irving locations treat candidates terribly.

Only question asked: what’s the minimum hourly you’ll take? So they can maximize their own personal take home. That is IF you can get anyone on the phone or to respond to your emails after speaking with clients.
After you submit your initial resume, a recruiter will reach out to you. From there they help you fine tune your resume to make sure it would get the most attention.

What is the major thing you are looking for in a career.
Questions were “basic” interview questions. Had some of the “tell me a time when you encountered a problem at work and how you solved it?” Felt a little generic at times and that I wasn’t really engaged by the recruiter.

O processo foi bem simples, pois foi direto com a recrutadora. Mas o descaso veio quando ela deu um prazo de resposta e não o cumpriu, Nunca mais respondeu , passou uma semana, mandei mensagem e ela nunca mais respondeu.
