They didn't ask a lot of questions. They just let me talk and guide the conversation. We seemed to get along well but as you know there can be a difference between "courting" during the interview process and what they are like after you're there. I came to Glassdoor to find out if other people liked working there.

The interview process is very casual and difficult to identify how accurate the information being provided is, and if you're truly a candidate for the position being discussed with the recruiter.
