The interviews occur in person in one of their offices. There is an assessment you have to do midway through the process. Simple, easy. My interview happened in their downtown office. Took about 45 minutes to an hour
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Robert Half (Phoenix, AZ)
Interview
When I applied I received phone calls from 5 different people at least. Ones in my home state, and ones for the position I applied for which was in a different state. It was all very messy, and unorganized. Then I went in for one interview in the Phoenix office - traveled to a different state - which they forgot the interview was that day. (Extremely unorganized). Then played it off. Was not prepared in the slightest bit. After that, he bailed on lunch which he promised me. (It don't care about eating lunch it was an inconvience for the people I had traveled with, and very unprofessional.) He had me meet 3 different people, one which was a new hire, and didn't even know how much she was being paid or the commission structure. Super turn off. It was actually my top pick for companies to work for, and I was extremely let down. The man who interviewed me was extremely unprofessional, and it made the whole company look bad.
