Interview was very easy. Just review general questions to get familiar with interviewing and you'll do fine. My interviewer was mostly interested in my skills & previous work history.
Phone interview was in detail with recruiter asking about something about my background. Going over my resume.
Made a suggestion to up and revised my resume for the position I was applying for.

very professional, a little distracted and pressured. It is a tricky business for the interviewer, therefore presenting a concise but memorable interview will help them remember and convey the essential details to the client's company
First, I had to submit my current resume and they reviewed it. Then they interviewed me and I had to fill out some forms for their records and let them know my availability and what salary range I was looking for. It was overall an easy process.
