They are very personable, but salesy and not reliable. They try to sell you on multiple opportunities and don't follow up. Don't get your hopes up or rely on them.

Interview
After being told to appear for an interview with a specific department head, I arrived to learn that she would be unavailable and that I would be meeting instead with three other people. During the interview, I was told that the majority of the department was staffed by women and was asked whether this would constitute a problem for me. I was respectful, cordial, professional (and certainly possessed experience and skills that matched the job description). Although the discussion certainly proceeded and ended pleasantly enough, I left the interview feeling that I had been played by people who had impressed me only by the uniformity of their smug arrogance.

Interview
I found the recruiter to be disrespectful as they never showed up to the agreed upon interview, I waited on for 15-20 minutes but they never showed up. I never got an phone call, email or text saying they had run into some difficulty or something had happened in their personal life or offering to reschedule.
