I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Robert Half in Sep 2022
Interview
I applied through LinkedIn. Within half an hour I got a call asking to set a date and time. They asked me a little about my resume, when I graduate etc. i was set to get interviewed two days after this call. They sent me an email invite as well and I accepted it and sent them my resume again as requested. I took a lot of time to prepare for this interview and did my research, had everything ready. The recruiter never showed up. 7 minutes in I sent an email to the recruiter and she never replied. This was such a horrible experience. I thought Robert Half was such a great company and respected their job applicants/candidates. I took time out for the interview only to be disrespected like this. Job seekers already work hard for each interview and research and prepare, set a time aside for these interviews. It feels horrible to have your hard work be disrespected like this.

Question 1
In the first call to set the interview, they only asked these questions:
1. When do you graduate?
2. Are you working somewhere still?
Great interview process, with a lot of positive feedback you can use when interviewing. They do a great job at matching candidates and companies. They listened to the employees request for placements
