I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Robert Half (Boston, MA) in Apr 2013
Interview
Two in-person interviews. Throughout the process, I met with a Branch Manager, a Director, and an RVP. I also had an opportunity to meet with a peer. It was a typical interview in the sense that they asked about my skill-set, as well as other questions that revealed personality traits. It was a fairly straight-forward process.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (Nashville, TN)
Interview
6-7 rounds of interviews for technical recruiter role that lasted 6 weeks. They ended up choosing a candidate that was "recommended" after 6 weeks of interviewing. Great people but interview process is very long and drawn out.

Question 1
They asked about my experiences and how I was a prime candidate for the role and were urgently looking to fill the position, but the interview process went on for weeks. Great group overall. Interview process just seems excessive for a technical recruiter role.
Great interview process, very relaxed, great personalities, both of my interviews so far have been via video, they have been open and up front regarding the process, I'm not done with the interview process but so far I'm excited about what I've heard.
Fairly straightforward and conversational. A bit too many steps for not getting the job, but I think they were trying to figure out their process during the pandemic. Overall, not a negative experience.
