Two interview rounds: one with senior staff and one with principal. I had to review my resume and portfolio. The interview questions were fair. I recommend asking if you can speak to a current junior/intermediate staff member to ask further questions about culture. I had to follow up a few times after the interview.

Interview
Fairly standard 1st interview conducted over zoom. I shared images of 4-5 professional projects, we discussed process, experience, career goals, firm culture, etc. I got the sense that I was overqualified for positions they had open - which the recruiter had anticipated would be the case.
We set up a zoom call to meet remotely and discuss my portfolio and experience. The call was pleasant and the questions reasonable. The office is growing as they are accepting new projects.
