The interview process was a sham. The recruiter, Kelly, set up a call and I was all set for it. It seems she had difficulty reaching me, so she sent out a note asking if I would like to reschedule. I responded immediately that it was probably a poor connection and not only offered to call back but also provided alternate times. She never responded. I followed up with her as well as the hiring leader to no avail. It felt deeply hurtful to be ghosted by HR in such a demeaning manner.
