started with an application, received an oa (codesignal gca), had phone screen with recruiter, had my final round after which was a technical + behavioral back to back. process spanned about a month.
Completed a 1-hour online assessment building a Swift mobile app. Implemented a dynamic list structure that adapted in real time, showcasing proficiency in app development, problem-solving, and responsive UI design
the interview process was a phone call, behavioural, then technical interview, it was ok overall, the phone interview asked more behavioural questions and the behavioural was more indepth with resume walk through
It was if they had already made a decision about my process beforehand. I did a panel interview with 2 staff engineers and completed 1 technical question via codesignal. Netiher of them were interested in speaking with me, listening to me, or help with solving the problem when I got stuck.
