      Graphics Interview

      Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Roblox in Mar 2009

      Interview

You were offered an interview by solving puzzles located on the CEO's webpage and then submitting your answers and solutions to the jobs representative E-mail. Then, you received a response on when you could come in and be interviewed at their headquarters. The staff was very friendly once you arrived. The interview with the CEO was straight forward - felt more like shooting the breeze than a grilling interrogation session. Though the environment was relaxed, the competition for the position was intense as the CEO had made it clear that the company was a start up, and it expected its interns to be self-sufficient and work with little to no help from the current employees once employed.

      Question 1

There were no really hard questions asked. It was only surprising to have a "conversation" interview for the first time in years compared to the typical "questionnaire" format.
