RoboTerra interview questions

Met them at a job fair. A couple weeks later, they responded and had me take a Google survey despite having my resume on file. After that, had an onsite interview. Co-Founder was late 30 minutes, I took technical challenge in a room by myself which lasted 3 hours. Build a drag and drop list and style it. I was told that I wasn't allowed to use any frameworks by one person but another employee told me I was. After that, had a cultural convo with the Co-Founder. It's not a great way to gauge a person's skill in web development. Waited 2 more weeks, sent a follow up and they told me they weren't hiring for the position anymore. Did not compensate me for transportation. The whole process could be conducted from home.
