I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Roche (Budapest)
Interview
The interview was conducted in two languages. First, the Hiring Managers introduced themselves, then it was my turn and when I ran out of things to talk about, they asked me a bunch of questions. The questions weren’t operative, but mostly about who I am and how I handle situations. I got the opportunity to ask questions in between and in the end, they answered very honestly.

1. First mail to complete 3 tasks for 3 different positions (I've applied for two only)
2. No feedback for one month
3. After asking for a feedback I was informed that within 2 weeks I would get a contact for the next steps
4. Got a mail 3 weeks after with 2 more tasks - one for example was to create a 3 month plan for myself
5. After it I suppose to have a interview with 2 Team Leaders and one HR person
6. It was dynamic video call - NOT informed before, with other 8 people (plus the Managers)
The experience was horrible and I found it very disrespectul, the whole process took near 2,5 months.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Roche (Dubai) in May 2015
Interview
The interview Process was quite weird, they called me after 3 months for an interview the very next morning. We talked for 90 minutes it was quite complete, then total silence for three weeks and I just received a generic email informing me that they will not proceed further.
