First interview with bosses runned pretty good, interesting questions and very transparent view about the position and expectation. After two weeks I have received a positive feedback and an invitation for the next round with HR and other colleagues plus a task to be done in 24 hours. The problem is that the task needed to be done during the week, and having to work full time in my current job and also having a baby at home it was quite unfair. I could manage it working during the night, but the worst experience was related to HR person. She was clarly reading standard HR questions and not paying attention to was I was saying, having multiple times asked things that I had already answered. The process from application to final feedback took 4 month.
