- Applied through Indeed.
- Asked to do a Customer Situations Assessment (via Indeed). Approximately 10 minutes.
- Received an email message (via Indeed), that said they only follow up with applicants through the Workable application.
- So applied on the Workable application from link provided in the Indeed message. There were two short questions, along the lines of why you want to work for them and what your proudest project was.
- Received a direct email from their ops man that their first interview is two steps. Step one, reiterating the job description. Step two, a personality assessment. HunterWells Personal Concept, where there are 24 groups of four adjectives that you are asked to pick your Most like and your Least like in each group.
- Received rejection after the personality assessment.
No personal meeting accompanied personality assessment. Seems like personality assessment had priority over customer situation assessment.
Asked for feedback with no response.
The position is wearing two hats at a basic entry level salary.
