I supposed to have only one round of interview with Owner/CEO but as he wasn't available, the interview was conducted by the respective department lead. The respective department lead should have professional way of style in conducting interview, asking questions, understanding responses that's what is minimum general expectations. But here he was found in neglecting greeting part, straight started the questions, also he was eating or chewing something while talking, didn't care enough to go deeper, not even a single skilled question asked, his English accent was not at all proper. It felt he from the beginning had pre-decided that he won't show any interest in the interview which could be based on what ground I am unable to figure out.
