I interviewed for Hardware in the loop development role and it was completely based on my experience. started with self introduction followed by complete technical interview. There was 2 interviewer - 1 team lead and 1 HR.

Easy to apply, took around 3 weeks from application to the interview. The application consisted of a CV and a cover letter. After the interview I got the offer the next day.
