I was invited for the first round post the video selection. The interview was good. Only when the salary component came, the person didn't give a clear answer not did they tell me any range. They just asked my expectations and gave a reply "You expect this much?" which was a clear answer that my ask is too high. Guess what? I didn't make it to the second round even though my interview apart from the salary discussion went well
The process is of 4-5stages and it takes over a month. They also make you conduct a mock session for 40mins. The hiring team is quick with responding to doubts and questions.

I was asked questions about almost everything. All that revolves around psychological first aid and the conversation was further about suicide prevention and dealing such clients. The interviewer asked me to answer the salary question without any hesitation.

The interview process was of 4 rounds majorly
starting with initial screening call followed by demo then i was given another opportunity to do another demo as the first one had a few gaps after which there was a another interview with the senior clinical psychologist followed by an intervirew with the founder. After which there was a call with HR to decide hours and negotiations. and well that was it.
